The negativity that not being happy with our bodies can bring to our lives is often underestimated.  We are told that we should have body confidence regardless of our shape and size but that very notion is often an alien concept for most of us.  Social media and advertising campaigns feed us images of the beautiful and the perfect everywhere we look, whilst telling us to embrace our cellulite, saggy skin and flabby arms!

Peace can be found in moderation though, both in diet and movement and you will find that your internal narrative is far kinder when you are making positive choices and being active and mindful about what you are consuming.

We don't have to spend hours at the gym or start weighing food to see results.  There is a middle ground! 


I want to share with you my knowledge and expertise and teach you how to move in a way that you enjoy and that you will stick to.  Simple and effective solutions tailored to you and your goals, in an environment that you feel comfortable in.
